Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return an item for any reason, please contact us with your Order Number and reason for return. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All returns must have a RMA in advance. We are usually not able to offer exchanges because of how our systems are set up, so you can return an item for a refund, and place a separate order for it again. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receipt. We will refund full purchase price and shipping, we are unable to pay for return shipping charges.
